National Painting Services, Inc is owned by Dave Hill. Dave started painting in 1975 in the Tidewater area. Since then he relocated to the Outer Banks in 1982 and started the best paint company in the area, National Paint Service. Living in Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks, Dave and his family have a great appreciation for the area and the needs of homeowners. When we take your job, you get a level of personal attention that is unmatched from other paint services.

We are not a large company, we work 7.00 am to 7.00 pm on site. We try to keep things simple:
